At approximately 6:00 a.m., departure from the Hotel to Tortuguero National Park. After crossing the Braulio Carrillo National Park, we will arrive at El Ceibo Restaurant, located in the town of Guápiles, where an excellent breakfast awaits for you. After breakfast we continue our way to either the dock at La Pavona or Caño Blanco to take the boat to Tortuguero. After check-in at the lodge, lunch will be served. Afternoon tours to the Museum and Village of Tortuguero. Dinner and overnight at Pachira Lodge.

After breakfast guided morning tour around the Lodge’s trails. Rest of the morning free to enjoy the Lodge’s facilities or take any of the optional tours offered around the area. After lunch departure on boat for your tour to the Tortuguero National Park, explore the canals and enjoy the nature that surrounds them. Dinner and lunch in the hotel. Lodging at Pachira Lodge.

After breakfast, get ready to leave Tortuguero. The boat will lead you to the bus, that will take you in a private transfer to the Caribbean Coast, to the area of Puerto Viejo of Limón. Overnight accommodation at Cariblue Beach & Jungle Resort.

After breakfast get ready to leave the coast, our next destination the Arenal Volcano area…In our way to Arenal, we will make a stop for an adrenaline dose with the Pacuare River White-Water Rafting Tour. After a light lunch and rest, we will continue our road trip to Arenal. Overnight accommodation at Arenal Paraíso Hotel.

Located in La Fortuna de San Carlos is the majestic Arenal Volcano active since 1968. Cloud forests, a world-famous lake for windsurfing and an incredibly diverse population of wildlife are part of what you will find in this amazing area of Costa Rica.

Sky Tram & Sky Trek Tour: Experience the most spectacular views of the Arenal Volcano & Lake from the Sky Tram or the Sky Trek. Sky Tram is a 15 minute aerial tram tour through the rain forest to the “Miguel Angel” observatory, where you will have spectacular views of the Arenal Volcano & Lake, and the Tilarán mountain range.
Sky Trek is a 3280 feet long zip line system that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the rain forest and its beautiful views in a fun, easy and safe ride.

Breakfast in Cuna del Ángel Hotel. Departure to the Corcovado National Park tour. This National Park holds about 70% of the Costa Rican flora and fauna. After the tour in the park you will enjoy an excellent lunch and will be back at your hotel when the afternoon falls.

Breakfast in the hotel. Private ground transfer back to San José. We will be arriving early afternoon. Rest of the day free. Overnight at Wyndham Garden Escazú Hotel.

We will meet you at the hotel’s lobby for a transfer to the Airport for the domestic flight to Tortuguero. Check in at the lodge and enjoy breakfast. Morning at leisure to enjoy any of the optional activities that Tortuguero offers.

Afternoon tour to the town of Tortuguero. Lunch and dinner included at the lodge.  Tortuguero is one of the most popular ecological destinations. It is the most important nesting site, in the western Caribbean, for the great green sea turtle, which can be observed between the months of July and October. A network of scenic canals, considered one of the most exotic areas of the country, rich in flora and fauna.

After breakfast, departure to the local Tortuguero airstrip for your flight back to San José, connecting with the domestic flight to Quepos, in the Central Pacific. Upon arrival ground transfer to the area of Manuel Antonio. Afternoon free to enjoy the hotel facilities or take any of the many tours offered around the area.

The Catamaran cruise can be taken either morning or afternoon. The morning tour includes a snorkeling adventure at one of the beautiful snorkeling locations along the coast in one of the local beaches. The afternoon tour is a truly amazing trip for nature lovers who will enjoy not only the experience itself, but the breathtaking sunset of the Pacific Ocean. Humpback whales (June until December) as well as other beautiful marine life can be witnessed on this catamaran tour. On board you will enjoy an excellent variety of snacks and natural drinks, while navigating along the coast with the ocean breeze and the sun, helping you to enjoy this tropical paradise.

Tamarindo is located on the Nicoya Peninsula on the Northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the Province of Guanacaste. Playa Tamarindo is a long beach, with excellent waves near the mouth of the estuary. There are many activities offered around the area, including watching turtles during their nesting season at night, diving, snorkeling, body surfing, zip-lining, estuary trips, horseback riding and fishing.

Upon arrival in Tamarindo, ground transfer to Tamarindo Beach. Accommodation at Wyndham Tamarindo or similar.
